Description

As an Employment Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of employment tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, while working closely with clients as an extension of their in-house legal teams. You will take ownership of matters, collaborate with experienced employment specialists, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, technology-enabled legal services.

Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE
• Strong employment law background with employment tribunal experience
• Experience handling unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy matters
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
• Collaborative, organised and commercially minded approach
