The Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate team in Reading.

The team acts for an impressive client base including developers, investors, banks, commercial occupiers, local authorities and telecoms operators, advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value matters, develop your technical expertise and build long-term client relationships within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced colleagues on a varied caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and property agreements
• Mixed-use development and site development matters
• Property due diligence
• Acting for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers
• Public and private sector property transactions

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while also supporting senior fee earners on larger transactions.

About You

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware, organised and keen to develop your career
