D R Newitt are working with a close client in the Food industry who due to growth are currently looking to add a Senior People Advisor to the Team. On offer is a salary of £40,000 plus unique company benefits. Key Duties: * Lead significant and complex ER matters * Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to deliver People priorities, provide cover and delegated support where appropriate * Take a visible role across the site to build trust, strengthen employee voice and improve the employee experience * Drive consistent completion of probations, performance reviews/IDPs, one-to-ones, stay interviews, return-to-work meetings and absence reviews. * Coach managers to manage people matters confidently and consistently. * Review how People processes operate in practice and introduce simpler, more effective ways of working * Ensure key People measures are accurately captured and used to identify trends, risks and opportunities. * Team Development If this sounds like the ideal next opportunity in your career, please don't hesitate in applying
