The Opportunity

This market-leading HR software provider is looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll drive the adoption of their cutting-edge SaaS platform by selling high-value HR software solutions that streamline operations and empower SME business owners to manage their workforces efficiently.

The Role

Targeting the SME sector, you will identify, engage, and secure new software subscriptions.

• Outbound Calls: Targeted to connect with Directors and Business Owners.
• Lead Generation: Building a pipeline from high-quality, pre-generated leads.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales funnel to ensure consistent performance against quarterly software acquisition targets.
• Consultative Selling: Introduce prospects to software solutions, arranging online demonstrations to showcase technology value.

What You Bring

Previous software or SaaS experience is not essential, as full product training is provided, however a proven track record in outbound lead generation, telesales or business development is required.

You'll be confident using a consultative sales approach, engaging with senior stakeholders and business owners, and building strong relationships.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the resilience to handle rejection and the determination to exceed targets.
