Your responsibilities will include: Delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care Completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments Administering medication and overseeing clinical procedures Leading and supporting care staff during your shiftsAbout You NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN / Adult Nurse) with an active PIN At least 2 years' post-registration nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills Good communication, organisational and leadership skills A genuine interest in elderly care and delivering person-centred nursing Previous nursing home or dementia care experience is beneficial but not essentialInterested?
