These are exciting times for our client, who is currently undergoing major change at their UK site. To support day-to-day operations and the transition to a new system, we are looking to recruit someone for a long-term assignment with a strong focus on high-volume data entry, invoice processing and data accuracy.

What you will be doing:

• Inputting and processing high volumes of invoices onto the new system.
• Accurately entering, matching and coding invoice information.
• Checking data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Updating and maintaining records within internal systems.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any differences.
• Assisting with payment-related administration and processing.
• Supporting the team with data queries, ensuring information is processed accurately and deadlines are met.

What you need to bring:

• Previous experience in high-volume data entry, data processing or invoice administration is essential.
• Experience processing large volumes of transactions, ideally within a fast-paced retail or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering information.
• Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data while meeting deadlines.
• Confident using computer systems and inputting information quickly and accurately.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a busy team environment.
• Experience working with invoices, purchase ledger or foreign currencies would be an advantage.
