Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring safe, person-centred care. Drive continuous improvement and maintain Care Inspectorate standards. Manage staff, rotas, recruitment, training and performance. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance and health and safety. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.Essential Requirements Substantial experience in care home management, particularly with older adults. Proven experience leading service improvements and addressing regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding and dementia care. Relevant qualifications and eligibility for SSSC registration as a care home manager.
