We are seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to work at a fantastic SEN school in Coventry on a day to day, part-time and full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work or a related field, as well as individuals with previous experience supporting children and young people.

You will work closely with teaching staff to support students across the primary or secondary age range, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

• Working with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

• Providing additional support to students 1:1 with SEN

• Supporting the wider school team to ensure all students feel safe, included and encouraged to succeed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence working with primary-aged or secondary aged students with SEN.
• Transferable skill-set/experience - I.e. support workers, sports coaches.
• Graduates - I.e. Psychology or sports graduates.
