The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
• NPQH would be to your advantage
• Previous experience as a Head of Secondary in an international school setting
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence
• Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis
• Capable of building professional trust and fostering a positive school culture
• Flexible, kind, and open to leading change in a multicultural environment
