Powder Coater – Rotating Shifts Location: Nottingham Pay: £12.71 per hour + shift allowance £2.69 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekly rotation AM/PM 2-10 /10-6am Major Recruitment is looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join the production team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business with a varied role, working as part of a friendly production team. The Role: * Preparing, masking and hanging metal components ready for coating. * Setting up and operating powder coating equipment. * Applying high-quality, consistent finishes to customer specifications. * Managing colour changes and curing processes. * Inspecting finished components to ensure quality standards are met. * Keeping equipment and the working area clean, tidy and safe.
