This is an exciting, newly created Content Manager role joining a successful, established business with exciting and ambitious plans for growth.
As part of a newly formed Marketing, Digital and E-commerce team, you'll take ownership of content strategy and creation across a growing, multi-site B2B and B2C business.
It's a fantastic opportunity for a creative, commercially minded content professional who enjoys variety and wants the freedom to make a real impact. You'll be developing engaging content across multiple brands and channels, with the exciting opportunity to launch the business onto TikTok and YouTube for the first time!
There's plenty of autonomy. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, challenge how things are done and really make your mark, while working closely with an approachable, down-to-earth Marketing Director and a talented team of marketing, digital and e-commerce peers.
The department is also embracing AI in a big way. You might already be confident using AI for content creation, editing and automation, or have a good grounding and be keen to develop further. Either way, curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI can enhance creativity, efficiency and output will be important.
The role
You'll take ownership of content across multiple brands, balancing the need for technical accuracy and detailed product information with creative, engaging content that builds brand awareness, attracts customers and ultimately drives sales.
Your remit will include:
This is a hands-on role that will take you beyond the office. You'll spend time with colleagues, customers and technical specialists, visiting different business locations to capture the knowledge, stories and footage that bring products and brands to life.
What we're looking for
You'll be a creative, proactive and organised content professional who can combine strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and a commercial mindset.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience within manufacturing, technical products, construction, trade or a similar environment would be highly advantageous.
A full UK driving license is required due to occasional travel to other business locations.
What's on offer?
You'll be joining a growing team where there's real scope to influence how the marketing and content function develops. You'll have access to paid AI tools and training, supportive leadership and the freedom to test ideas, explore new channels and make decisions without unnecessary layers of sign-off.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves creating content, enjoys getting under the skin of a business and wants to see their ideas come to life. With new channels to launch, a wealth of product knowledge to bring to life and ambitious plans for growth, there's plenty to get stuck into!
