Role: Production Operator  Location: Pontypool Hours: Full time, 3-shift rotation changing weekly Mornings: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM Pay: £16.14 per hour, including 20% shift allowance Immediate start available. We're recruiting a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Pontypool, running a paint robot. Full training is provided, with a shift allowance and a potential £1(Apply online only) bonus on successful completion of the project. The Role: Set up and run the paint robot to spray parts Get the paint ready for use Load and move parts to production schedules and quality standards Complete production paperwork and carry out quality checks Keep your area clean and safe and follow all health and safety procedures The Requirements: Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Able to follow SOPs and technical instructions Good attention to detail, with a positive can-do attitude Reliable, with strong timekeeping and attendance Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment Able to work rotating shifts, including nights Able to commute reliably to Pontypool Benefits: Full training and a supportive working environment Chance to gain valuable manufacturing experience If you're a match, apply for this Production Operator role below or call the office on (phone number removed) between [hours] [days].
