Responsibilities:

Performs mechanical assembly typically of high complexity with great attention to detail while working in very close tolerances.
Safely work in a high pressure work environment.
May include a moderate complexity level of trouble shooting.
Work with and have a functional knowledge of: power, pneumatic, mechanical hand tools, associated electronic devices, and associated testing equipment.
Read and accurately follow standard Work Instructions.
Read blueprints/technical drawings
Perform materials and product inspection as required.
Meet/maintain daily production rates & goals.
Utilization of Lean Tools in order to improve the production process.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
