Key responsibilities As a Hotel Receptionist, your duties will include: Welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional first impression. Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handling guest enquiries in person and over the telephone. Managing bookings, reservations and guest information. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Responding to guest requests and helping resolve any issues. Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
