Electrical Shift Leader – SW1E - £53.4k Location – Victoria, London Salary - £53.4k per annum Continental Shift Pattern – 4 days on shift 4 days off shift then 3 days on and 3 nights on and 4 days off. About the role We’re currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Leader to work at a large commercial office building overseeing the site facilities team. Opportunity to work at a Large Corporate Building running a small team with major company incentives. Training and Progression will be prominent throughout the position. What’s on Offer: * Cycle to Work Scheme * Auto Enrolment Pension scheme * Private Medical Insurance Inc Dental, Optical and Audio * Life Insurance (Salary x 2) * Electric Vehicle Scheme * £3k yearly performance site bonus * 20 shifts per annum annual leave Key responsibilities of An Electrical Shift Leader: * Leading and supporting a team of shift engineers, making sure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. * Managing daily workloads, allocating jobs and making sure priorities are dealt with. * Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the building. * Taking responsibility for electrical systems, ensuring they are maintained, tested and operating safely. * Monitoring and maintaining building services equipment, including HVAC, pumps, motors and generators. * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and site procedures. * Build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues that last Requirements of an Electrical Shift Leader: * NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering * 18th Edition wiring regulations * Previous experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities management or building services is preferred * Experience in leading teams preferred, not essential * Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills * Good communication skills If you’re either an Electrical Shift Engineer seeking a step up in your career, or an experienced Electrical Shift Leader looking to continue their career with a challenging and rewarding role, apply today
