Thiswillbeavariedrolewhereyouwillworkcloselywithcolleaguesacross various departments, suppliersandsubcontractors. Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Processingsupplierinvoicesandcreditnotes.
• Matchinginvoicestopurchaseordersandsupportingdocumentation.
• Checkingcoding,VATandcostallocations.
• Reconcilingsupplierstatementsandresolvingdiscrepancies.
• Dealingwithsupplierqueriesandmaintainingaccurateaccounts.
• Preparingpaymentrunsforapproval.
• Supporting with month end.
• MaintainingaccuraterecordsacrossfinancesystemsincludingSAGE50.

Profile

• Have recent experience of working in purchase ledger - essential
• Have worked in the construction industry and has dealt with CIS/VAT - desirable
• Has used Sage - desirable
• The right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to Castleford, as this is an office based role - essential
