The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative to play a key role in shaping the brand's creative direction across campaigns, photoshoots, product launches and wider marketing activity.

Working closely with the Creative Director, you will take ownership of creative projects from initial concept through to delivery, bringing ideas to life through art direction, storytelling and campaign development.

The role will involve working across the studio and creative teams, collaborating with photographers, designers, videographers, producers and the wider marketing function to deliver engaging, commercially relevant work.

The ideal candidate will be confident, self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table and balancing immediate creative requirements with longer-term campaign planning.

Candidates with at least three years' experience in a creative role are encouraged to apply, including midweight creatives looking to take the next step in their career and established senior creatives seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development

• Develop original creative concepts for brand campaigns, photoshoots, product launches and seasonal activity.
• Take ownership of projects from initial ideas and reference points through to execution and final delivery.
• Translate brand objectives and audience insights into engaging creative ideas and visual storytelling.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to help evolve the brand's creative output.

Art Direction & Campaigns

• Support and lead art direction across photography, video shoots and wider campaign activity.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, producers and designers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Develop creative briefs and provide clear direction to ensure campaigns meet the intended vision.
• Help plan campaigns in advance, balancing immediate content requirements with longer-term creative priorities.
• Contribute to the development of more considered, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels.

Brand & Content

• Help maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across marketing, social, wholesale and digital channels.
• Develop creative ideas that reflect current trends across sport, fashion, lifestyle and wider culture.
• Support the delivery of athlete-related campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
• Ensure creative output remains consistent, relevant and aligned with the brand's positioning.

Project Ownership & Collaboration

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, taking responsibility for timelines and delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the studio, design and wider marketing teams.
• Communicate ideas confidently and present creative concepts to relevant stakeholders.
• Respond constructively to feedback while maintaining the quality and integrity of creative work.
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, working independently while knowing when to collaborate with others.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of three years' experience in a creative role, ideally within a brand, retail business or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, campaign development, art direction and brand storytelling.
• Experience contributing to campaigns and photoshoots from initial concept through to delivery.
• A strong understanding of visual identity, creative direction and audience engagement.
• An interest in sportswear, fashion, lifestyle and contemporary culture.
• The ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into commercially relevant creative.
