Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Broadstairs that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to establish yourself within Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a variety of positions available across welcoming and supportive school settings.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping children's earliest experiences of education. You'll create a safe, engaging and inspiring environment where young learners can develop confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you'll deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that support children's academic, social and emotional development. You'll help pupils develop the key skills and confidence needed for a successful transition into Key Stage 1.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
• Experience teaching within EYFS
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
• The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
• A passion for supporting children's early development and wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
