Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Leytonstone Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available We are currently recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a lovely, welcoming and supportive school in Leytonstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Years education and would love to play an important role in supporting young children's learning, development and early educational experiences. The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated individual who can provide support within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a positive, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident and encouraged to learn. A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification is essential for this position, as the successful candidate will be working directly within the school's Early Years provision. The school is happy to consider candidates looking for either full-time or part-time work. The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning within the Early Years setting. Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities. Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development. Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Encourage learning through play and practical activities. Support children's independence, confidence and development. Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to meet children's individual needs.The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who: Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (essential). Have experience working within an Early Years or EYFS setting. Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. Are caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Can work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative. Are committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.Location 📍 Leytonstone Working Hours Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
