Salary : £27,000 - £33,000

We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established law firm
looking to appoint a Property Legal Secretary to join their busy
property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal
Secretary to support a hands-on, fast-paced Senior Consultant,
working alongside another Legal Secretary within a friendly and
supportive wider team.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 9:00am – 5:30pm,
Monday to Friday, in the office.

If you have property experience, and are looking for your next
step with a firm that values its people, we'd love to hear from
you.

Typical duties include:

* Providing high-quality legal secretarial and administrative
support to a Senior Consultant
* Preparing, formatting and amending correspondence and legal
documents
* Managing a busy diary and monitoring key dates and deadlines
* Opening, maintaining and closing files accurately on the case
management system
* Assisting with property matters from instruction through to
completion, including paralegal-level tasks where appropriate

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

* Experience as a Legal Secretary/Administrator within Property
* Strong traditional legal secretarial skills, with excellent
document production and typing
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise
competing deadlines and work at pace
* Confident working independently, with strong communication
skills and a willingness to attend the office five days a week

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm
offering high-quality work and the chance to work within a
supportive and respected property team. Experience of case
management systems such as LEAP would be advantageous.
