The Role As the Commercial Manager, you'll: Oversee post-contract commercial activity on a large FM service contract. Manage contract KPIs alongside the wider delivery team. Support BAU commercial delivery within an NEC contract environment. Work across TFM services and associated site-based projects. About You To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you'll have: Essential: Commercial management experience on a large FM service contract.
