What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the delivery of Private Client Tax compliance work, including Self Assessment, trusts and estates
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Tax Seniors and Assistants
• Review complex tax returns and computations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong long term relationships
• Support the Partners with technical queries, risk management and business development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ATT, CTA or ACA qualified, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience managing a Private Client Tax compliance portfolio
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax, trusts and estates
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
