Main responsibilities • Assess pupils with complex SEMH needs and associated SEND. • Develop therapeutic interventions to support movement, attention, functional skills and participation in learning. • Work alongside teachers and other therapists. • Create individualised therapy plans and monitor progress. • Contribute to reports and EHCP-related targets. • Provide practical strategies that can be incorporated into classroom activities. • Work with families and other professionals to support pupils' development. • Contribute to the school's relationship-focused approach and safeguarding responsibilities.
