Diagnostic Technician Croydon - Monday to Friday Late Shift

£37,500 Basic Salary | £45,000 OTE | £1,500 Sign-On Bonus

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join a busy dealership team on a Monday to Friday late shift. This is a great opportunity for a Technician looking for a competitive salary, no weekend working and a £1,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle faults, carrying out repairs and maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll use your technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately and help keep the workshop running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician within the automotive industry.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Confidence using diagnostic equipment and technical information.
• Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's On Offer

• £37,500 basic salary.
• £45,000 OTE.
• Monday to Friday late shift, with no weekend working.
• £1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in stages:
• £750 upon joining.
• £250 once accredited
• £500 after 12 months of employment.
