Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will take commercial ownership of contracts from mobilisation through to final account. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, cost forecasting, commercial reporting, contract negotiation and subcontractor procurement, while working closely with clients, operational teams and the Head of Commercial. This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial background looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to progress within a successful and growing business.
