Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Between York and Selby
Contract: Temporary 3-4 months with a good chance of extension/permanent role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.63 per hour

Overview:

We are currently in an exciting period of growth and are seeking Customer Service Administrators to join our client. This role involves supporting the Customer Services team in all aspects of office administration to help deliver first-class service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a busy office environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire for self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Data input and maintenance
• Follow standardised procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer complaints and interactions in our CRM system to meet departmental SLAs.
• Potentially handling client calls with queries.
• Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Other office duties as and when required
• Undertake other office duties as and when required.

Personal Attributes:

• Proven background in Customer Services/Administration/Data Entry, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Reliable and committed to completing the full duration of the contract.
• Patient and able to sustain concentration throughout the working day.
• Consistent and quality-driven in approach.
• Comfortable working independently within a structured task environment.
