We're looking for a motivated, people-focused and commercially minded Practice Manager to lead Envisage Dental Basingstoke on a six-month maternity cover contract, with potential for extension or a longer-term opportunity.

With a 4.9 Google rating, the practice has built a strong reputation with local patients. As Practice Manager, you'll lead a team that takes pride in clinical excellence, delivering an outstanding patient experience and maintaining high standards of care.

There's convenient on-site parking and additional parking nearby, and you'll have support from your Director of Clinic Support (DOCS) and colleagues across the wider Envisage Dental group.

What will you be doing as Practice Manager?

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the team's culture and influence the practice's success.

• Lead and develop people – coach colleagues, support recruitment and build a motivated, collaborative team.
• Drive commercial performance – monitor KPIs, manage budgets, improve appointment utilisation and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep the practice running smoothly – oversee daily operations, stock, equipment and compliance.
• Champion patient care – maintain high standards, manage feedback and ensure patients receive an excellent experience.
• Work collaboratively – partner with your DOCS and support teams across Finance, HR, Recruitment, Marketing and IT.
