Contact Centre Operators
Location: Blackburn - onsite
Pay: £13.45 per hour + uplift for hours worked after 10pm
Contract: 12 weeks temp (potential temp to perm)

We're recruiting Contact Centre Operators to join a busy team in Blackburn, with opportunities for candidates looking for a role that could lead to permanent employment.

The Role

• Handling incoming calls and providing a helpful, professional service.

• Supporting customers with their queries and providing accurate information.

• Working evening and weekend shifts as part of an out-of-hours service.

• Following procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Training & Hours

• Paid training provided over three evenings, from 5pm to 10pm.

• Two training start dates available: Monday 2 November and Monday 9 November.

• Shift patterns are currently being finalised and will be confirmed shortly.

Pay & Contract

• £13.45 per hour.

• £15.45 per hour for any hours worked after 10pm.

• Initially temporary for approximately 8-12 weeks, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
