HR Business Partner

We are excited to be partnering with a global organisation in Sussex to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to work within a global environment, providing both strategic and operational people support. Working closely with managers, leaders and HR colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving people initiatives that support business performance and organisational growth.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work across a broad range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent development to organisational change and people-focused projects. This role offers excellent exposure to global stakeholders and senior leadership teams, making it ideal for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide proactive HR guidance and support to employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate a range of people projects, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder engagement and successfuldelivery.
• Assist with talent management, succession planning, learning and development activities.
• Drive organisational development initiatives that enhance capability, engagement and performance.
• Support change programmes and the implementation of HR systems, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver key people priorities.

We are keen to hear from HR professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a positive impact within an organisation. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices and HR operations.
• Experience working within a complex, global or matrix environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with managers and senior leaders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
• A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
• A degree, CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
