D365 Business Analyst / Business Analyst / D365 / Dynamics / Kingston / Hybrid / FTC Vivo are working with a business going through an exciting period of growth as they move away from their legacy platform. As the business analyst, you'll work closely with the internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that the project has the right requirements in place and are translated into the right solutions for the business. This is an ideal role that is comfortable working through a full-lifecycle project and supporting the business throughout the whole timeline. What You'll Do Turn business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories Identify gaps, risks and areas that need further clarification Support solution design workshops, challenging proposed approaches where appropriate Document processes, decisions, requirements and acceptance criteria Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenarios, defect management and sign-off Support data migration, business readiness, training and go-live activities Keep stakeholders informed and make sure actions are followed through What You'll Bring Strong Business Analyst experience on Dynamics 365 Strong process mapping, requirements validation and documentation skills Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution and business sign-off A hands-on, pragmatic approach and comfort in a fast-moving implementation environment If you're interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please get in touch with an up-to-date CV or direct for any questions.
