Are you a strong people manager from retail, hospitality or another fast-paced customer service environment? Looking for a career where your people skills and commercial ability can earn you more?

We're looking for an ambitious Team Leader to join our Temporary Facilities Management & Property recruitment division in our amazing office space, Garforth.

You do not need previous recruitment experience.

We're much more interested in someone who knows how to manage people, deliver great customer service, work at pace and achieve targets.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead and develop a small team while building relationships with clients and candidates. It's a busy, varied role combining people management, customer service, sales and problem-solving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team
• Delivering a first-class service to clients and candidates
• Managing a busy workload and responding quickly to customer requirements
• Building relationships with existing clients
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Driving team activity and performance
• Working closely with the Operations Director to grow the division

What we're looking for

You don't need to come from recruitment. We're looking for someone with:

• Experience supervising or managing a team
• A strong customer service background
• Confidence speaking to customers and building relationships
• Experience working towards targets, KPIs or commercial goals
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ambition to develop their career and earning potential
