General Foreman Our client is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project. General Foreman Responsibilities * Supervise day to day earthworks and civils activities. * Manage site teams, plant operators and subcontractors. * Coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to specification. * Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks. * Liaise with site management to ensure smooth delivery of works. General Foreman Requirements * Previous General Foreman experience on earthworks/civils projects. * Gold CSCS card. * SMSTS or SSSTS. * First Aid qualification. * Strong earthworks and civils background. * Good leadership and communication skills.
