Location: West Dulwich Start Date: Immediate Start Contract: Full-Time ; Temp to Perm We are looking for an experienced Senior Premises Operative to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and security of a busy preparatory school site. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support the Premises Operative. * Carry out maintenance, repairs, and site inspections. * Ensure the school grounds and buildings are safe, secure, and well-presented. * Coordinate contractors and support school events. * Act as a keyholder and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota. * Undertake gate duties and operational checks. * Drive the school minibus where appropriately licensed. Requirements: * Previous premises, facilities, caretaking, or site management experience. * Strong practical maintenance skills. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one immediately). * Available for an immediate start. * Full UK driving licence (D1 entitlement desirable).
