Reed Education are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Subject Leader of Business to join a successful secondary school in Berkshire from April 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business teacher or aspiring middle leader looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will lead a thriving department, teaching Business across Key Stages 4 and 5 whilst driving high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.

The Role

• Lead and develop the Business curriculum across the department.
• Teach Business Studies at GCSE and A Level.
• Inspire students through engaging and innovative teaching.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Support and develop colleagues within the department.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its enrichment programme.

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Is passionate about Business education and student success.
• Has a proven track record of strong classroom practice.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills or clear leadership potential.
