Customer Service Advisors - Horsham Immediate Starts Available

We're recruiting a team of Customer Service Advisors for an exciting temporary assignment starting next week.

This is an initial 4-week booking, although there is potential for the assignment to be extended for the right people.

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service, contact centre or call centre experience
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer enquiries
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers

The role:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries
• Resolving account and service-related queries
• Providing an excellent customer experience
• Updating customer records accurately
• Working as part of a supportive team
