Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

We are looking for an experienced mortgage admin to join a small and friendly office/team in Gerrards Cross.

This is a busy and varied role and would need somebody with previous experience working as a mortgage administrator to keep up with the demands of the role.

This role will support 2 mortgage advisors.

Good customer service skills are a must as you will be answering calls and emails as well as greeting any visitors in the office.

Duties include:

• Answering all calls and general emails into the branch
• Processing applications from start to finish
• Logging the progress of applications on the system
• Using the CRM system - SCORE (formerly ACRE) experience on this system would be beneficial
• Managing client details on the system
• Chasing mortgage and protection providers
• Liaising with underwriting teams

This is a really lovely long term role with a very friendly company!

A car owner/driver would be best due to the office not having great public transport links locally.
