Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Loughborough/Leicester
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy property team.

You’ll handle a full, varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering:

• Freehold & leasehold transactions
• Unregistered conveyancing
• New build work
• Small-scale development work

You’ll be working on high-quality files within a supportive department, with scope to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 12 months’ experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Confident handling multiple tasks from start to finish
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and client care skills
