Key Job Requirements:

PBM Trained (Positive Behaviour Management)

Medication Trained (Able to safely administer/manage meds)

Personal Care: Must be fully comfortable providing personal care support.

Enhanced DBS: Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to process one immediately through us).

Driver Preferred: Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle to navigate local shift patterns seamlessly.
