Factory Excellence Manager Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire Sector: Manufacturing Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience The Opportunity GPS Recruitment is working with a leading PVC manufacturer, part of an established international group, looking to appoint an experienced Factory Excellence Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and a culture of excellence across a busy manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities * Lead and implement continuous improvement strategies across the site. * Drive operational excellence through Lean, 5S and Six Sigma methodologies. * Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and performance. * Develop and monitor KPIs, tracking improvement projects and results. * Coach and support teams to embed a continuous improvement culture. * Work closely with senior management to deliver operational improvements. * Support compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. What We're Looking For * Proven continuous improvement experience within manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma. * Experience managing change and improving operational performance. * Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience developing KPIs and reporting performance. * Degree, HNC or HND in Business Management or a related discipline. * Minimum 2 years' continuous improvement experience.
