Job Title: Legal Trainer / Coach *Candidates must have experience of working as a Paralegal (4 years' minimum) or as a Solicitor within a Law Firm*  Location: Remote / Online (with occasional travel for meetings) Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria:  Must be a qualified Legal professional, with experience of working as a Paralegal (4 years minimum) or Solicitor within a Law Firm. Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting.  Must be flexible with travel as needed. Confident with Maths and English.Duties include:  Coach and mentor learners working towards their Legal Apprenticeship programmes: Paralegal; Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive.   Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.  Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.   Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.  Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.  Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.  Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Please note: KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to, we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
