Sharp Consultancy are supporting a large organisation based in York who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a part time basis to join their Accounts Payable Team.

This role will report into the Accounts Payable team leaders and will support the wider team with administration.

Job Duties:

• Setting up new suppliers on the system
• Ensuring all records are accurate and compliant
• Performing compliance checks on incoming supplier requests and ensuring the correct documentation is attached
• Work closely with other members of the purchase ledger team
• Be the main point of contact for any business related queries

About you:

• Previous experience within a finance or administration role
• Microsoft proficient
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet timed deadlines
• Attention to detail

What’s on offer:

• £25,500 per annum
• 20 – 30 hours per week worked over 5 days or a job share
• Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00 (can be flexible with hours)
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• On site parking
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days from home
• Pension
