You'll be helping pupils with autism, learning difficulties and speech and language needs to access education, develop confidence and achieve meaningful progress. Your responsibilities: Delivering individual and small-group learning support. Supporting speech, language and communication development. Helping pupils follow personalised learning plans. Encouraging social interaction and independence. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Working collaboratively with teachers and SEND teams.We're looking for: Experience in SEND, education or relevant care settings. Understanding of communication and learning barriers.
