Senior Housing Leaders | Oxfordshire & Surrounding Areas

I'm looking forward to speaking with experienced senior housing professionals across Oxfordshire and the surrounding region about potential interim and permanent opportunities coming into the new year.
I'd be particularly interested in hearing from Senior Managers, Heads of Service and Directors with experience across:

• Housing Management and Neighbourhood Services
• Tenancy Management and Tenancy Sustainment
• Income Management and tenancy arrears
• ASB and safeguarding
• Resident and Customer Services
• Supported Housing
• Service improvement and transformation
• Regulatory compliance and performance

What I'm looking for

Ideally, you'll have experience leading large housing or neighbourhood services, with responsibility for operational teams, service performance and budgets.For the more senior opportunities, experience of developing housing strategies, policies and procedures, managing managers and multidisciplinary teams, and working with senior internal and external stakeholders will be particularly valuable.You'll also need a strong understanding of the current social housing environment, including areas such as consumer standards, tenancy management, safeguarding, ASB, vulnerability and tenancy sustainment.Experience working within a housing association, local authority or other Registered Provider would be particularly relevant.

Qualifications

A relevant professional qualification such as CIH Level 4/5, Chartered Institute of Housing membership, or a relevant Housing/Management qualification would be advantageous, although strong senior-level sector experience will also be considered.I'm keen to speak with people who can demonstrate:

• Strong leadership and people management
• Managing and improving housing services
• Performance and KPI management
• Budget management
• Partnership and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of housing regulation and legislation
• Experience handling complex or high-risk housing services
• A track record of service improvement and change
