The Role

• Managing customer relationships across the aviation and aerospace industry
• Coordinating customer support, technical enquiries and operational requirements
• Working closely with internal engineering, maintenance and operational teams
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Person

• Background in Aviation, Aerospace
• Experience in customer support, account management or aviation operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations
