Nursery Manager – Bristol £43,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established early years setting in Bristol. We are looking for a confident and inspirational leader with a strong background in early years education, who can drive high standards of care, learning and development while creating a positive environment for children, families and staff. The Role * Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the nursery * Ensure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care and early years practice * Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team * Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external stakeholders * Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements * Drive continuous improvement across the setting * Manage staffing, resources and operational performance About You * Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years leadership role * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements * Confident people leader with excellent communication skills * Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children * Organised, proactive and commercially aware * Relevant early years qualification at Level 3 or above Salary: £43,000 If you are an experienced early years leader looking for your next opportunity in Bristol, we would love to hear from you
