HONITON | £35,000–£40,000 BASIC | £60,000–£65,000 OTE (TBC)

WORKING PATTERN: EVERY SATURDAY | SUNDAYS OFF | ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for an automotive dealership in Honiton.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a dealership sales team, drive commercial performance and play a key role in developing the business.

The position also offers the opportunity to join a wider automotive retail group, with potential for future career progression into larger dealership operations.

THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for the dealership's sales operation, leading the team and ensuring the department delivers against its commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the sales team.
• Driving vehicle sales performance and achieving departmental targets.
• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Planning and organising sales activity to maximise opportunities.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Taking a hands-on approach to the effective running of the department.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone with proven automotive retail sales management experience who understands how to lead a successful dealership sales operation.

You'll need:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.
• A proven track record of managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering against sales targets.
• A practical understanding of dealership sales operations and customer expectations.
