Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate European real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial underwriting models.
• Prepare investment committee papers and assess investment returns.
• Coordinate transaction execution across acquisitions, joint ventures and portfolio investments.
• Support the asset management of existing investments.

Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years experience in real estate investment, real estate private equity or a broader real estate M&A/ Investment banking transaction environment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of debt, equity, joint ventures and investment structures.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to communicate investment analysis clearly.
