The Opportunity

As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will be at the forefront of the firm's tax offering, advising a portfolio of large privately owned businesses, international groups, and ambitious mid-market organisations. You will lead complex advisory assignments, develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and work collaboratively with fellow Partners to identify growth opportunities.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and making things happen. Beyond delivering exceptional client service, you'll have the platform to expand your market presence, shape the direction of the tax practice, and leave a lasting impact on the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate Tax team.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate, privately owned, and international businesses.
• Deliver technically complex corporate tax advisory services across a broad range of matters.
• Act as a trusted adviser to CFOs, Finance Directors, shareholders, and executive leadership teams.
• Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities through networking and relationship development.
• Work closely with fellow Partners to deliver integrated solutions and enhance client relationships.
• Support the strategic growth and development of the wider Tax practice.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the business.
• Maintain the highest standards of technical quality, risk management, and client service.

About You

We're looking to speak with commercially astute tax leaders who combine technical excellence with a genuine passion for business development and growth.

You will ideally possess:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant Corporate Tax experience gained within a leading accountancy or professional services firm.
• A strong track record advising larger corporate clients, private groups, and complex business structures.
• Experience leading and delivering sophisticated tax advisory projects.
• Demonstrable success in developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership credentials with experience building, motivating, and developing successful teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An entrepreneurial outlook, with the ambition and energy to help build a growing practice and create new opportunities in the market.
• The commercial acumen and strategic mindset to contribute at Partner level.
