Job title: Learning Support Assistant (Senior School, SEND), Tooting We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join the Tooting site of a specialist independent school, supporting secondary-age students (Years 7 to 11) with SpLD such as dyslexia, ASC and ADHD in small classes. Day to day you will: * Provide classroom and small-group support * Help students stay engaged and regulated * Support behaviour and sensory needs * Deliver targeted interventions * Build positive relationships and help create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment About you * Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a SEND or specialist setting * Calm, proactive and organised, with good communication and teamwork skills * A commitment to helping young people build confidence, resilience and independence * Experience supporting students with SpLD, ASC or ADHD, knowledge of sensory regulation strategies, experience delivering interventions or BDA Level 3 training are all desirable * Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check, and the right to work in the UK Apply now with your up to date CV
