Duties of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and reconcile invoices across two separate finance systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage the sales inbox(es), responding to customer queries and routing issues appropriately
• Act as a point of contact for invoice and account queries from both customers and internal stakeholders
• Post receipts accurately against customer accounts on the bank/system daily
• Support cashflow reporting and forecasting, providing visibility on incoming receivables
• Monitor aged debt and flag risks to cashflow proactively
• Manage the credit control process, including chasing overdue accounts via phone/email
• Generating accurate customer invoices with correct VAT treatment
• Perform bulk classification updates across customer/account records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update the valuation spreadsheet, ensuring figures are current and correctly reflect account/asset status

Working Structure: 5 days on-site during probation (6 months), 1 day wfh thereafter

Working hours: 9am - 5pm or 8am-4pm
